Steampunk, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Project Manager who can lead Agile teams and deliver innovative technology solutions. The role emphasizes Agile project management, Scrum Master support, and close collaboration with product owners to align with client objectives.

You will drive backlog prioritization, release planning, and roadmaps while ensuring high client satisfaction and strong stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing IT projects using agile methodologies.
• 8+ years experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies.
• Experience leading Salesforce implementation across the full project lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete life cycle of solution development and delivery.
• Provide Agile Project Management and Scrum Master support for Agile teams.
• Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders on backlog prioritization and release schedules.
• Create roadmaps based on assessment recommendations and establish release management standards.
• Ensure the team follows Agile scrum processes and drive high client satisfaction.
