Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise IT programs within the Business Transformation practice, driving regulatory compliance, large-scale implementations, and change management across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing complex IT programs, coaching Agile teams, reporting KPIs, aligning projects with business goals, coordinating across engineering, deployment, and leadership, and delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of project management experience in an Agile environment
• PM certification required
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experienced Scrum Master with servant-leader mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs
• Coach individuals in Agile processes and tools
• Provide status reporting on KPIs, schedule, resources, and milestones
• Develop program strategy and business case for enterprise projects
• Ensure integration of projects and adjust scope, timing, and budgets
• Coordinate across multiple engineering/development teams
• Serve as conduit between deployment and engineering to ensure requirements are incorporated
