Qualifications

• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Hybrid work onsite/offsite realization.
• 6+ years in digital product development, Agile delivery or program management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong time management and prioritization across multiple initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-level delivery by coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, financials, and trade-offs.
• Drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement by applying Scrum practices and coaching teams.
• Communicate program progress, risks, and trade-offs in a clear, executive-ready manner.
