CVS Health is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to drive delivery for major Medicare initiatives. You will remove impediments, coach teams, and work with business leaders to ensure smooth progress and governance.

You will mentor teams on Agile values, facilitate ceremonies, and collaborate across stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes. A strong background in Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience delivering Agile projects or leading teams.
• Familiarity with software development, DevOps, or technical processes to collaborate with developers.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and modern software practices.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology.
• Experience identifying and resolving delivery risks and cross-team dependencies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Agile Coaching & Facilitation: mentor teams on Agile values and ceremonies.
• Delivery Management: manage scope, timelines, and dependencies with metrics.
• Impediment Removal: clear roadblocks to meet goals.
