Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or Chief of Staff–type experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills; high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments; financial-services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through deployment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality alignment.
• Define goals, milestones, deliverables, and manage dependencies and impacts across teams.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams on agile principles, and maintain a prioritized backlog with Product Owners.
• Provide executive-ready status reporting and dashboards, highlighting progress, risks and decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, applying consistent risk-management practices.
