Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a Senior Analyst, Agility and Change, a senior IC responsible for advancing Agile ways of working and organizational change across Finance transformation initiatives.

This role combines hands-on delivery support with facilitation, stakeholder engagement, change enablement, and adoption acceleration to deliver business value, with a base salary range of $99,000 to $124,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years in Agile delivery, project support, or change management.
• Familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and ceremonies.
• Foundational change management knowledge for adoption and readiness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word; Jira a plus.
• Comfort with emerging tech including AI to enable delivery.
• Ability to build trust across functions and influence without authority.
• Learning agility, curiosity, and resilience in changing priorities.
• Experience in finance/entertainment or corporate functions a plus.
• Agile or change mgmt certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project teams on deliverables, events, and workshops to advance transformation.
• Facilitate sessions, retrospectives, and planning to align stakeholders and decisions.
• Maintain logs, risks, issues, and dependencies; elevate blockers and drive momentum.
• Create audience-appropriate deliverables like updates and executive talking points.
• Use data and feedback to track progress and recommend delivery improvements.
• Assess change needs and develop adoption plans for readiness and sustained change.
• Support communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
