Cognizant is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager – Scrum Master & Business Analyst to lead agile modernization programs for financial services clients. You will drive governance, mentor teams, and align business objectives with technology execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or related consulting roles.
• Proven experience leading Agile delivery within large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, business process analysis, workflow design, and gap analysis.
• Experience creating and managing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, product backlogs, and delivery roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
• Experience supporting UAT, release management, defect management, and production implementation activities.
• Financial services industry experience, preferably supporting brokerage, wealth management, capital markets, or financial operations initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across strategic technology modernization initiatives, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements.
• Manage product backlogs, sprint metrics, Agile boards, and project documentation using JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple delivery teams for platform enhancements and integration.
• Support UAT, release planning, defect triage, and go-live readiness activities.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments with proactive mitigation.
• Deliver status updates and governance reports to executives.
• Advise clients on Agile transformation and operating model improvements.
• Mentor teams and promote continuous improvement in consulting practices.
