Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project support, or change management.
• Familiarity with Agile principles, Scrum and Kanban; capable of enabling team delivery.
• Foundational understanding of change management methods including impact assessment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• High proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word; Jira experience is a plus.
• Comfort with emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams on deliverables, programs, workshops, and transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate sessions, retrospectives, and planning to align stakeholders and drive progress.
• Maintain action logs, risks, issues, and dependencies, elevating blockers as needed.
• Create clear, audience‑appropriate deliverables (updates, summaries, talking points).
• Use data and feedback to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Assess change needs, readiness, and develop practical adoption plans.
• Support communications, training, and stakeholder engagement to sustain change.
