Job summary

You will guide discovery, map current end-to-end supply chain workflows, and design agentic solutions aligned with the customer’s operating model.

The role focuses on delivering tailored demonstrations, solution workshops, and responses to RFPs/RFIs, while building executive-level business cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing role combining technical presales and strategic consulting.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS, life sciences, or supply chain environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to design future-state operating models and roadmaps.
• Travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map current end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Design agentic business processes aligned with operating model.
• Deliver product demonstrations and workshops tailored to use cases.
• Develop executive business cases showing measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical credibility.
