Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive architectural leadership across Sales Technology, Digital Marketing, and Data Solutions. You will blend business process intuition with hands-on engineering to ship scalable agentic systems, integrating Salesforce on Salesforce and other AI-native tooling.

You will guide rapid prototyping and long-term enterprise programs, ensuring architecture coherence across a multi-technology landscape while delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years building Salesforce solutions at scale.
• Proven ability to assess and simplify business processes before applying technology.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and AI-native tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural foundation for agentic selling across the full marketing-to-sales pipeline.
• Layer agentic tooling into live systems with measured impact.
• Define and track architectural success metrics (pipeline lift, routing accuracy, etc.).
• Rationalize current multi-technology landscape and identify gaps.
• Design multi-agent orchestration patterns that are production-grade.
• Refactor lead routing, territory assignment, and CRM workflows for agent-scale throughput.
• Lead context engineering: information architecture, grounding, memory patterns.
• Define agent lifecycle management from prototype to production.
• Provide architectural POVs across initiatives and navigate ambiguity.
