• Exceptional communication bridging engineers and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural foundation for agentic selling across the full marketing-to-sales pipeline.
• Lead incremental transformation by layering agentic tooling into live systems with measurable impact.
• Define and track architectural success metrics such as agent-driven pipeline lift and routing accuracy.
• Assess current multi-technology landscape to identify conflicts, dependencies and gaps.
• Design production-grade multi-agent orchestration patterns with observable behavior.
• Refactor lead routing, territory assignment, and CRM workflows incrementally for agent-scale throughput.
• Develop context engineering strategies to provide agents with reliable grounding and memory.
