Adobe is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Agentic AI-driven GTM planning and campaign orchestration. You will define product vision for Planning and Execution Agents, embedding workflows into planning cadences and enabling seller productivity with AI assistants.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, including Agentic AI exposure.
Experience mapping complex business workflows into clear product requirements and user journeys.
Comfort with data, experimentation, defining success metrics and using insights to shape roadmaps.
Solid understanding of modern AI technologies (LLMs) and agentic workflows; quick ramp-up possible.
Builder mindset with high ownership and resilience in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

Define the product vision and strategy for Planning Agents used in annual and in-year planning across products, regions, and segments.
Own the roadmap for Execution Agents to help GTM teams select audiences, prioritize accounts, and orchestrate campaigns across channels.
Create seller-facing AI assistants and map complete seller workflows to remove friction in territory, account review, renewal and expansion motions.
