Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Senior AI & GTM Operations leader to unify and scale AI initiatives across the mid-market sales org. You will define governance, architect scalable agentic workflows, and partner with Legal, Security, and IT to ensure compliant, production-ready solutions.

You will also evangelize AI across the field, build an ambassador program, and drive enablement with role-based learning journeys. A track record in large SaaS or AI-native firms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in mid-market or enterprise sales strategy or AI/digital transformation.
• Proven track record delivering AI programs with measurable impact in large sales orgs.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with IT, data, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Govern AI initiatives: governance, data usage, risk, and vendor selection.
• Define scalable workflows and production-ready AI solutions across GTM motions.
• Enable field teams with AI training, ambassador programs, and enablement.
• Measure AI adoption, pipeline impact, and ROI; report to sales leadership.
