• Experience with AI/ML product engineering and generative models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering execution of Adobe's Agentic Product across surfaces and ensure predictable delivery.
• Grow and lead the engineering team, driving technical strategy, team health, and execution velocity.
• Partner with Product Management to define scope and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Lead design and delivery of agent capabilities across in-app workflows and multi-step tasks.
• Establish and maintain the quality bar for agent behavior and measurable improvements.
• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure evals, guardrails, data protection, and reliability.
• Build fluency across agentic standards and model capabilities ecosystem.
