Job summary

HP, Inc. is seeking a Principal Portfolio Manager & Agentic AI Strategy Lead to secure approvals for global PSS plans and budgets, and to drive GTM plans and cross-functional initiatives. You will guide a 5–10 year roadmap for HP Commercial Desktops and shape an AI-driven desktop strategy.

You will translate market signals into strategy, lead global teams, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product leaders to accelerate growth and optimize investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in product planning, portfolio strategy, or related functions within tech.
• Proven experience shaping long-term roadmaps and growth opportunities.
• Experience with market sizing, TAM analysis, and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate insights into portfolio decisions and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term portfolio strategy for HP Commercial Desktops and shape 5–10 year roadmaps.
• Define and drive HP's Agentic AI desktop strategy across new opportunities.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into clear strategic direction.
• Lead customer insights-to-innovation, turning feedback into strategy.
• Conduct market sizing, TAM analysis, and financial modeling for investments.
• Evaluate emerging tech and AI ecosystems for portfolio impact.
• Influence planners across the org with strategic insights and planning methods.
• Partner with exec leadership to align on future portfolio direction.
