Hyundai Capital America seeks a Senior Agentic AI engineer to design, build, and harden production-grade AI agents that reason, invoke tools, retrieve enterprise knowledge, and recover from errors. You will own agent behavior end-to-end, partnering with architecture, product, governance, and UX.

You will work to ensure reliable RAG paths, safe tool use, and robust evaluation across production workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying at the forefront of enterprise AI

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive experience, including 3+ years in applied AI/backend engineering.
• Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph or similar).
• Experience with AI content generation, chatbots, or automated workflows.
• Experience with multi-agent coordination and RLHF/RLAIF or feedback loops preferred.
