Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of AI products and GenAI experiences. You will drive end-to-end product development, balancing innovation with scale while partnering across architecture, engineering, data, UX, risk, and governance teams to ensure compliant, measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes ownership of PRDs, backlogs, and releases, with a focus on adoption, performance metrics, and responsible AI practices in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ progressive product management experience in enterprise software or platforms.
• Experience in AI/ML, GenAI, or advanced analytics products.
• Familiarity with AI governance, security, and Responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Own AI product lifecycle; translate business needs into PRDs, user stories and success metrics.
• Manage backlog, sprints and releases in partnership with engineering.
• Define AI solution scope with architects (RAG patterns, agents, models).
• Ensure product quality with KPIs: task success, adoption, grounded responses and telemetry.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Compliance, Governance for responsible AI.
• Lead go-to-market, enablement, and change management for AI offerings.
