Hyundai is seeking a Senior Group Manager, AI Strategy to drive enterprise GenAI strategy across HMNA. You will translate business priorities into scalable AI products, embed intelligent agents into workflows, and lead governance with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Data Governance.

The role spans portfolio leadership, platform strategy, and external partnerships. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in AI, strong executive communication, and a track record delivering enterprise AI at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, CS, IS, engineering, data science or related field.
• Master's degree strongly preferred in business, technology, analytics, AI or related field.
• Ten+ years in AI, digital strategy, product management, technology, data or related areas.

Responsabilités

• Define enterprise GenAI strategy, roadmap, and operating model for HMNA.
• Lead GenAI products including chatbots, copilots, and agent workflows.
• Own multi-agent framework, LLMs, RAG, tool calls and memory architectures.
• Partner with leaders to redesign high-value AI-driven workflows.
• Establish governance, risk controls, and data grounding with stakeholders.
• Measure success with task completion, adoption, and ROI.
