Job summary

Hyundai is seeking a Senior Group Manager, AI Strategy to drive enterprise Generative AI and agentic AI initiatives across Hyundai Motor North America. You’ll translate business priorities into scalable AI products, design the GenAI roadmap, and oversee governance, risk, and investment decisions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, build partnerships, and advance AI-enabled workflows while ensuring responsible AI practices and human oversight in collaboration with Legal, Privacy, Security, IT,

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree required in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred in business, technology, analytics, AI, or a related discipline.
• Ten or more years of experience in AI, digital strategy, product management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Generative AI and agentic AI strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Lead the identification, prioritization, delivery, and lifecycle management of GenAI products (chatbots, copilots, agents).
• Own the enterprise multi-agent framework and GenAI product architecture with reusable patterns and standards.
• Partner with business leaders to redesign workflows for AI-driven task execution and decision augmentation.
