You will own end-to-end AI feature development, including prompting, retrieval, and production operations, while collaborating with clinical, product, and safety stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of software engineering experience with recent time building production LLM/ML features
• Strong Python coding skills; full-stack comfort
• System design for AI systems (retrieval, orchestration, caching, evaluation, cost and latency tradeoffs)
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and rapid adoption of new techniques
• Strong mentorship and collaborative communication; explain model behavior to stakeholders
• Rigorous evaluation and safety in production

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship LLM-powered features end-to-end including prompt design, retrieval, tools, agents, evaluation, and production operations
• Build evaluation harnesses and feedback loops for responsible AI feature deployment
• Integrate AI capabilities into patient, clinician, and operational workflows
• Partner with clinical, product, and safety stakeholders to define success criteria and safety
• Contribute to internal AI-for-engineering practices and tooling
• Stay updated on research and ecosystem developments and operationalize advances
