Job summary

CodeRoad Inc. seeks a Lead Agentic AI Engineer to architect and operationalize enterprise-grade autonomous agent systems integrated with Salesforce.

You will lead stateful multi-agent workflows using Claude ecosystem, MCP, and modern orchestration tools to meet complex business requirements. You will own design standards, evaluation pipelines, and security practices enabling high-throughput, deterministic agent workflows across Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud, ensuring strict transactional

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on enterprise software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or Apex.
3+ years of production experience building and scaling LLM-powered applications and autonomous multi-agent workflows.
Experience with LangGraph/LangChain, Anthropic Claude APIs, MCP, and observability tools.

Responsibilities

Architect stateful multi-agent coordination graphs using LangGraph or DAG loops.
Build MCP servers and connectors to expose Salesforce tools to agent runners.
Optimize query routes and context across model tiers for latency and cost efficiency (Claude/Haiku).
Design automated evaluation harnesses (Promptfoo, Ragas, DeepEval) in CI/CD pipelines.
Implement full-stack observability and security (LangSmith/Langfuse, FLS, PII scrubbing).
Lead API contracts and architectural blueprints for teams and stakeholders.
