Job summary
CodeRoad invites a Lead Agentic AI Engineer to architect and operationalize enterprise-grade autonomous agent systems integrated with the Salesforce platform.
You will lead stateful multi-agent workflows using LangGraph/LangChain, Anthropic Claude APIs, MCP, and orchestration engines to meet complex business requirements while maintaining security and determinism.
This role emphasizes design of evaluation pipelines, observability, and governance, with remote work flexibility and USD compensation.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on enterprise software engineering.
- 3+ years of production experience building & scaling LLM-powered apps.
- Experience with LangGraph/LangChain and Anthropic Claude APIs.
- Knowledge of MCP, observability tools, and security practices.
- Strong written & spoken English for client collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Architect stateful multi-agent coordination graphs for enterprise needs.
- Build MCP servers and connectors to expose Salesforce tools to agents.
- Optimize latency and token spend across model tiers (Claude Sonnet/Opus, Haiku).
- Design automated evaluation harnesses (Promptfoo, Ragas, DeepEval) for CI/CD.
- Implement observability and defense-in-depth security (LangSmith/Langfuse, PII scrubbing).
- Lead engineering standards, API contracts, and architectural blueprints.
