Job summary
Workiy Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer / Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of an enterprise-grade Agentic AI orchestration platform.
The platform will leverage Claude 3.5 Sonnet/Opus, LangGraph, advanced prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, MCP, and multi-agent workflows. The role requires strong Python development, hands-on Claude API experience, and a track record of architecting scalable AI systems in enterprise or regulated
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering/AI/ML experience.
- Strong production experience with LLM-based applications.
- Hands-on Claude API experience.
- Strong LangGraph/LangChain experience.
- Experience designing agentic AI architectures.
- Experience with RAG and vector databases.
- Strong prompt-engineering skills.
- Experience building scalable APIs using FastAPI.
- Strong security and responsible AI understanding.
- Experience with enterprise or regulated data environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of an enterprise-grade Agentic AI orchestration platform.
- Drive architectural leadership for modular "Bricks"/multi-node AI systems.
- Oversee integration with Claude 3.5 Sonnet/Opus, LangGraph, RAG, and vector stores.
- Ensure secure, scalable APIs and responsible AI practices across enterprise data environments.
