Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to design and ship agentic AI applications across Corporate Functions. You will be embedded with the process owner and sponsor, taking a real business problem from idea to production-grade solution in weeks.

You will build on Microsoft Fabric as the enterprise data platform and on Azure AI services, setting technical patterns reused by the wider team.

Qualifications

Proven experience building agentic or multi-agent AI systems that run in production and serve real users.
Strong command of state management, concurrency, idempotency, and authorization for systems acting on a system of record.
Experience with at least one production language such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or Java.
Hands-on integration with enterprise APIs and data platforms.
Knowledge of modern AI application patterns and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and harden agentic AI applications for enterprise systems.
Embed as technical lead within a pod with process owners.
Run iterative build cycles and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Ensure security, reliability, and governance of data and writes to source systems.
Define reusable patterns and guardrails for engagements.
Demonstrate credible business-domain quickly and challenge requirements.
