Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to design and ship agentic AI applications across Corporate Functions like Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Marketing and Sales. You will be embedded with process owners, turning business problems into production-grade solutions in weeks, not quarters.

You will build on Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI services, set reusable patterns, ensure security and reliability, and own end-to-end delivery with limited governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building agentic or multi-agent AI systems in production.
• Strong state management, concurrency, idempotency, and authorisation for enterprise systems.
• Hands-on integration with enterprise APIs and data platforms; designing safe read/write paths and handling failures.
• Knowledge of modern AI application patterns: retrieval‑augmented generation, prompt design, agent orchestration.
• Strong command of Azure; able to provision, deploy, secure and operate cloud resources end-to-end.
• Ability to prototype rapidly using AI-assisted development and fast iteration.
• Senior level with autonomy to make architecture decisions and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and hardened agentic AI applications that interact with enterprise systems of record.
• Embed as technical lead in a small pod, delivering from prototype to production quickly.
• Run iterative build cycles with rapid feedback and refinement.
• Own end-to-end quality: security, reliability, scalability, observability, governance.
• Choose low-code vs custom code where each fits the problem.
• Ensure data behind solutions is AI-ready, with proper governance and access controls.
• Document reusable patterns and guardrails for the team.
• Quickly become credible in a new business domain and challenge requirements constructively.
