Candidates should bring extensive design and project management experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of construction methods and codes to ensure quality

Formación

• Experience in design and project management for agency capital and operating construction.
• Ability to develop clear written specifications for complex projects.
• Knowledge of building codes and cost estimating related to facilities.

• Provide construction estimating, design (spec development), management, and inspection services.
• Coordinate projects across multiple counties and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop specifications and oversee contractor coordination and inspections.
