Job summary

gpac is confidentially seeking an experienced Senior Loan Officer with a strong background in agricultural lending, commercial credit, and relationship development. The role centers on building and managing high-value customer relationships while applying solid underwriting and credit skills.

You will oversee a portfolio of 30-40 relationships, focus on $1MM+ balances, generate new business, and coordinate with Credit and Operations to monitor risk and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of credit/underwriting experience.
• Strong agricultural lending background.
• Proven business development and relationship management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial credit.
• Ability to maintain credit quality while building relationships.
• Experience with loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 30-40 customer relationships.

• Identify opportunities for additional financing and banking services.
