Job summary

The Agency in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Ag/Commercial Banker to join a growing, community-focused financial institution. You will take over an established roughly $100MM Ag/Commercial loan portfolio and serve customers across surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of banking/lending experience.
• Background in Agricultural and Commercial Lending.
• Strong credit analysis and loan structuring skills.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a commercial/agricultural loan portfolio.
• Base salary up to $150,000 with a 10–20% year-end bonus.

• Identify opportunities for new lending and overall portfolio growth

A growing community-focused financial institution is looking for an experienced Ag/Commercial Banker to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven lender to step into an established market and take over an existing approximately $100MM loan portfolio.

The banker will serve customers throughout the surrounding communities, with responsibility for managing and growing the existing portfolio while developing new relationships in the market. The bank is looking for someone who understands agricultural and commercial lending, is active in the community, and can build strong, long-term customer relationships.
