Job summary

Ag Resource Management in Texas is seeking a Senior Loan Officer to develop complex lending relationships and manage a portfolio of high‑value agricultural and commercial customers. You will be the primary day‑to‑day relationship manager, drive annual renewals, coordinate with Credit, Operations and other teams, and ensure exceptional customer service and portfolio growth.

• 3-5+ years of credit and underwriting experience.
• Strong agriculture background with business development experience.
• Ability to build relationships to promote loan volume and credit quality.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 30-40 customer relationships within the assigned territory or market.
• Focus on new and existing customer relationships with aggregate balances >$1M and/or long-standing ARM relationships.
• Attract, retain, and manage strategic, complex, high-value relationships not assigned to an Area Manager.
• Serve as primary day-to-day relationship manager for assigned accounts.
• Maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction and identify financing or service needs.
• Drive annual renewal activities including pricing discussions and document coordination.
• Partner with Credit, Operations and other departments to facilitate renewals and issue resolution.
• Monitor portfolio performance, utilization trends and risk indicators; escalate when appropriate.
• Coordinate collection of financial statements and required documentation.
• Maintain customer records, pipeline activity, forecasts and updates in HubSpot.
• Participate in Regional Meetings with pipeline updates and closing forecasts.
• Support customer retention by addressing concerns and identifying opportunities.
• Assist customers with onboarding and use of the ARM portal.
