Job summary

gpac is actively seeking a Commercial Loan Officer with agricultural lending experience to join our client’s team in Kansas. You will cultivate relationships, tailor loan packages, and drive credit decisioning within your authority.

The role emphasizes independent work ethic, collaboration, and risk assessment while supporting community engagement and growth of the loan book. A Bachelor’s degree is required and more than three years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Commercial Loan Officer with agricultural lending exposure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong independence coupled with the ability to work well in teams.
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Trusted discretion handling sensitive internal and external information.
• Preferred candidates will have 10+ years' experience.
