The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years in agricultural and commercial lending, strong credit analysis and portfolio management skills, and a proven track record in business development and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or related field.
• 8+ years in agricultural and/or commercial banking.
• Proven success in business development and portfolio growth.
• Strong credit analysis, underwriting, and risk management experience.
• Knowledge of agricultural/commercial lending markets and trends.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with agricultural producers, agribusinesses, and commercial clients.
• Identify opportunities and drive loan and deposit growth.
• Recommend financing solutions and banking products to meet client goals.
• Meet targets for new business, loan growth, and cross-sell.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and risk.
• Monitor portfolio quality and manage risk within regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
