Job summary

Bank Iowa seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to grow and manage an agriculture and commercial loan portfolio in the Iowa region. The role includes developing new lending and deposit business, supervising the lending department, and ensuring policy compliance and credit quality.

You will lead Relationship Managers, set staffing directions, and participate in community activities to expand regional banking services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, major in business or finance preferred.
• 10+ years work experience in a financial institution with five of those years in the lending area.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and knowledge of lending policies and procedures, including state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manages agriculture and commercial loan portfolio with $20–$40 million outstanding and 20–40 client relationships.
• Recommends interest rate and fee structure for prospects and clients.
• Oversees compliance with federal and state lending regulations and internal policies.
• Interprets and implements loan objectives, policies and procedures; approves/declines loans within authority.
