National Church Residences seeks a Property Manager to oversee two senior apartment communities in Bedford Heights, OH. You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain high occupancy, supervise on-site staff, and foster positive resident relations.

The role requires HUD/LIHTC knowledge, leadership, and effective leasing, marketing, and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with CPM/ARM certifications considered a plus, and strong office software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of two senior apartment communities.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
• Manage leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff.
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain MOR/REAC readiness.
