Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of two senior apartment communities in Bedford Heights, OH, ensuring regulatory compliance, high occupancy, and strong resident relations. The role requires HUD and LIHTC experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

You will manage budgets, leasing, rent collection, staff supervision, and safety standards across Mother Teresa Commons and Mother Teresa Manor, located at 25031 Columbus Rd. and 5700 Perkins Rd.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations, budgets, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to motor policy.
