National Church Residences, the nation’s largest provider of affordable senior housing, seeks a Property Manager II to lead daily operations, financial performance, compliance, and resident experience at one or more affordable housing communities in Atlanta, GA. The role supervises staff and ensures regulatory compliance across HUD, LIHTC, HCV, and related programs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily property operations and staff performance.
• Manage operating budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensure HUD/LIHTC and other affordable housing program compliance.
• Maintain occupancy through leasing and resident retention efforts.
• Coordinate vendor services and capital improvements.
• Prepare required reports, budgets, and regulatory documentation.
