National Church Residences is seeking a Property Manager II to oversee two affordable housing communities in Bedford Heights, OH. The role ensures regulatory compliance, maintains high occupancy, and supervises on-site staff for Mother Teresa Commons and Mother Teresa Manor.

The position pays $54,960 annually and requires HUD/LIHTC know‑how with a strong focus on leasing, resident relations, and accurate reporting. Local travel and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Formación

• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM/ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HUD/LIHTC regulations and leasing practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage property operations, budgets, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports.
