Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned communities within budget
• Manage staff, vendor relationships, and resident services
• Prepare and analyze operating budgets and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and program requirements
• Monitor occupancy goals and leasing activities to maintain occupancy
• Lead employee engagement and staff development
• Maintain accurate records for MOR and REAC expectations
• Coordinate capital improvements budgeting and reporting
• Ensure fair housing compliance and tenant file organization
