Qualifications

• Associate degree in Property Management or related field required or preferred.
• COS, TCS, SHCM certifications preferred.
• 2+ years in property management or related field.
• Knowledge of Affordable Housing Regulations.
• Experience with tenant screening and lease administration.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in maintenance scheduling and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and address concerns promptly
