Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in affordable housing compliance.
• Certified affordable housing compliance credentials such as HCCP, SHCM, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development, and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance operations across multiple properties with diverse funding.
• Ensure LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8 and related programs compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of compliance professionals; set expectations and accountability.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies and procedures accordingly.
• Oversee tenant eligibility determinations, income certifications, and annual recertifications.
• Prepare for and coordinate audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
• Ensure timely submission of compliance reports to housing authorities and investors.
• Collaborate with property management to resolve complex compliance issues.
