Job summary

The Consultancy PR is seeking a Senior Affiliate PR Manager to lead and scale our affiliate marketing division. You will partner with agency leadership to shape strategy, manage budgets and guide client programs across home/design, lifestyle and e-commerce brands.

Ideal candidates bring six-plus years in affiliate marketing or creator commerce, strong analytics, and proven ability to grow revenue through publisher relationships and cross-functional collaboration with PR teams.

Qualifications

• Six years of affiliate marketing, commerce or related field experience.
• Experience developing publisher-led affiliate programs with measurable impact.
• Experience in agency, publishing, e-commerce, DTC or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and direction of TCPR’s affiliate marketing division.
• Act as in-house affiliate expert, guiding PR account teams.
• Drive strategy, execution and optimization of affiliate programs across clients.
• Develop data-informed strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
• Identify opportunities tied to product launches, seasons and campaigns.
• Manage publisher and creator relationships and negotiate terms.
• Oversee program tracking, attribution, budgets and reporting.
• Collaborate with PR to connect earned media with affiliate opportunities.
