Confidential Careers is seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive growth of our affiliate channel across markets. You will develop strategy, recruit partners, and manage campaigns, tracking performance and ROI.

The role requires hands-on execution, strong negotiation with publishers, and collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to optimize spend and revenue. You will oversee networks like Impact, Awin, Rakuten, CJ and ensure compliant, high-quality traffic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in affiliate/performance marketing or related commercial marketing environment.
• Strong experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (Impact, Awin, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate).
• Excellent data analysis, reporting and optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage and develop relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
• Recruit, onboard and grow high-potential affiliate partners.
• Plan and coordinate campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize CPA, ROI and revenue.
