Qualifications

• 4–7 years of affiliate/partnership/ecommerce marketing experience.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Partnerize, Rakuten.
• Strong ability to recruit and manage affiliate partners and publishers.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow affiliate and partnership marketing programs across multiple brands
• Help transition affiliate marketing from agency management to in-house ownership
• Evaluate and manage affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Partnerize, Rakuten, or similar
• Recruit, onboard, and grow relationships with publishers, content partners, influencer-affiliates, cashback/loyalty partners, and other affiliates
• Negotiate commission structures, promotional opportunities, and seasonal partnerships
• Develop promotional calendars aligned with broader ecommerce and marketing initiatives
• Monitor partner performance, compliance, fraud, and coupon activity
• Measure channel performance, attribution, and ROI in partnership with Analytics
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities for continued growth

Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

Location: New York, NY | 4 days onsite

One of North America's leading consumer products companies is seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale affiliate and partnership marketing across a portfolio of leading consumer brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build a high-growth affiliate function from the ground up. You'll help shape strategy, recruit and develop affiliate partners, establish scalable programs, and transition the channel from agency management to an in-house function.

What We're Looking For:

• 4–7 years of affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, ecommerce, or related performance marketing experience
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs and platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Partnerize, Rakuten, or similar
• Experience recruiting and managing affiliate partners and publishers
• Strong understanding of affiliate attribution, commission structures, customer acquisition, and ecommerce performance
• Highly organized with the ability to manage programs across multiple brands
• Experience within footwear, fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or other consumer/DTC brands preferred

Strong Pluses:

• Built or scaled an affiliate program from the ground up
• Transitioned an affiliate program from agency management to in-house
• Existing relationships with publishers and affiliate partners
• Multi-brand affiliate experience
• Influencer-affiliate or creator-affiliate experience

Compensation:

$90,000 - $110,000
