Qualifications

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing strategy and end-to-end campaign management.
• 2+ years of PR experience.
• 1-2 years agency experience required.
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and affiliates.
• Hands-on experience with major affiliate platforms listed above.
• Expertise in affiliate best practices including commissions, tracking, and forecasting.
• CPG media relations is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive affiliate & PR strategy for PDM clients.
• Launch and manage affiliate client programs from A to Z.
• Support client communication, reporting, and storytelling to show impact.
• Analyze performance data and propose action plans.
• Pitch media relations opportunities and monitor industry news.
• Execute media and influencer outreach and secure coverage.
• Review all written materials and client reports for quality.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Train and manage interns and part-timers.
