Job summary

Growing PR Agency in Los Angeles is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to build and execute affiliate and performance PR strategies across fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle clients.

You will work cross-functionally with PR, influencer, talent, and client teams to develop relationships with editors and networks, manage creator programs, and analyze performance to drive growth and measurable revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance PR, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the commerce editorial landscape and publisher programs.
• Experience with major affiliate networks/platforms.
• Experience building or managing creator affiliate programs.
• Proficiency in measuring revenue, conversion rate, AOV, clicks, and ROAS.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Build relationships with editors, publishers, and shopping media.
• Identify opportunities like product roundups, reviews, and gift guides.
• Recruit and manage creator affiliate programs and relationships.
• Manage links, commissions, promotions, and reporting across networks.
• Analyze performance data to identify top publishers and content opportunities.
• Integrate affiliate opportunities into broader media and influencer strategies.
• Create promotional calendars around launches and key shopping moments.
• Prepare client-facing reports with insights and next steps.
• Participate in client calls and present strategy and growth opportunities.
