Zip Co Limited in the US seeks a commercially minded Affiliate & Partnerships leader to own Zip's affiliate programs and third-party monetization. Lead strategies, negotiate opportunities, launch campaigns, analyze performance, and drive revenue growth with a hands-on, autonomous approach.

You will partner with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Account Management to expand the ecosystem, shape channel strategy, and scale revenue with senior leadership support.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing experience with a proven track record of owning and hitting revenue targets.
• DRI experience; owned a channel, product line, or revenue vertical end-to-end and held the strategy accountable.
• Deep affiliate network fluency across platforms like ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, or PepperJam.
• Strong commercial acumen; understands unit economics and links affiliate activity to outcomes.
• Experienced partner manager who can influence stakeholders and coordinate campaigns.
• Data-driven with attribution models, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Cross-functional influencer who contributes to executive-level decisions without formal authority.
• Experience in fintech, BNPL, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Translate complexity into clarity for diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

• Manage affiliate programs end-to-end; set targets, build plan, and drive actions to hit them.
• Coordinate campaign and product-launch logistics with partners, ensuring readiness for launches.
• Lead execution and recommend improvements across campaign planning, network management, and revenue pacing.
• Own Zip's third-party advertiser relationships; coordinate marketing programs and activation.
• Support high-value affiliate and partner deals with marketing requirements and activation plans.
• Advise internal teams on affiliate insights; influence executive-level decisions.
• Analyze performance data to surface actionable insights and correct course as needed.
• Unlock co-op marketing and co-brand opportunities with key partners.
• Educate and grow partner portfolio via product briefings and regular performance reviews.
• Onboard new monetization vendors and grow Zip's third-party ecosystem.
