EverAI is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to manage and scale our global affiliate network. You will optimize campaigns, recruit partners, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

5+ years in affiliate marketing and management.
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision making.
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across channels (SEO, media buying, paid social).
Experience with reporting tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with affiliates, keeping them informed and supported.
Oversee onboarding of new affiliates for smooth integration.
Monitor affiliate performance and ROI; generate reports.
Analyze results to identify improvements and scale opportunities.
Recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the network.
Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide timely solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to build high-converting affiliate funnels.
Review and optimize affiliate communication and processes.
