EverAI Limited is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead our global affiliate program. You will build strong partner relationships, optimize campaigns, and drive ROI across multiple channels.

The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on analytics, and excellent English communication. This fully remote position offers competitive compensation and a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across SEO, paid media, and social channels.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and networks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are informed and supported.
• Oversee onboarding for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze affiliate results to identify improvements, optimize campaigns and scale.
• Research and recruit new affiliates to expand the network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels and maximize conversions.
• Regularly review and improve affiliate communication and management.
