Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale a performance-based affiliate program for SkinMedica and related brands.

You will work remotely, ideally based in California or New York City, and collaborate with paid, ecommerce, and PR teams to drive rapid growth. Responsibilities include owning affiliate activation, negotiating partnerships, and delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing performance-based affiliate programs across publishers and influencer partnerships.
• Beauty/skincare industry experience is a plus; ecommerce experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency with affiliate networks: Rakuten, ShareASale, Impact, CJ, Pepperjam.
• Experience producing performance summaries for senior leaders.
• Strong analytics to interpret large datasets and drive data-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate channel management, including activation and publisher development.
• Monitor industry trends to evaluate new networks and models for growth.
• Serve as main contact for agency/network/publisher relationships, including invoicing and payments.
• Identify and negotiate key affiliate partnerships and build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and performance.
• Build opportunity briefs, performance readouts, and insights for strategy.
• Plan integrations with analytics vendors and support experimentation and incrementality testing.
• Collaborate with Brand, E-Comm, Marketing Analytics, MarTech, and PR teams.
