Job summary

iRESTORE is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale affiliate partnerships for Body and Skin categories. The role requires a highly organized, relationship-driven marketer capable of managing partner discovery, outreach, negotiation, activation, and performance analysis.

You will own the full creator partnership lifecycle, recruit creators, manage briefs, and coordinate payments while collaborating with Growth, Brand, and Paid Media.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of affiliate/partnership/performance marketing experience in DTC/beauty/lifestyle brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
• Proven track record in executing performance-focused affiliate strategies, from discovery to reporting.
• Experience communicating with publishers, networks, agencies, and loyalty platforms.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, commissions, attribution, tracking, terms, and promos.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build long-term external partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets and budget management.
• Excellent written communication for outreach, briefs, proposals, and cross-functional updates.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day influencer strategy and campaign execution for Body and Skin categories.
• Identify, evaluate, recruit creators aligned with brand and growth objectives.
• Manage full partner lifecycle: outreach, seeding, negotiations, activation, and reporting.
• Maintain long-term relationships with creators, agents, agencies, and partners.
• Develop briefs translating product positioning into platform-native content.
• Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Paid Media for optimized creator content.
• Secure content usage rights, permissions, and whitelisting access.
• Monitor campaign performance across traffic, acquisition, revenue, and KPIs.
• Use insights to improve creator selection and future testing.
• Maintain trackers, budgets, timelines, contracts, content libraries, and reports.
• Stay updated on creator trends and opportunities in beauty and wellness.
