Job summary

Motive Interactive is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager in the United States to grow a network of direct publishers and performance-driven affiliates. You will own relationships, identify new traffic partners, and drive revenue with CPL/CPA campaigns.

You will collaborate with compliance, analytics, and advertiser teams to launch, optimize, and expand campaigns while maintaining high lead quality and advertiser performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years required; 5+ years strongly preferred in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance media.
• Experience working directly with publishers, affiliates, and traffic partners.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Everflow, HasOffers, CAKE, Voluum, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage direct affiliates and performance publishers.
• Identify and activate new traffic partners with strong CPL or CPA experience.
• Launch and scale lead generation campaigns with publishers.
• Analyze performance, conversion rates, EPCs, payouts, lead quality, and campaign economics.
• Identify opportunities to increase volume and revenue across existing publisher relationships.
• Collaborate with internal compliance, analytics, and advertiser teams.
• Build long-term publisher relationships that drive sustainable revenue.
